I enjoyed and highly recommend these cruises to see multiple places without having to pack and unpack. A very nice size with a more intimate family fee. We had a total of 115 guests with several travel agents on board. Service was great, our cabin steward was awesome. So much more relaxing! Not having so many people “to close for comfort,” with crowded pools or dining areas, waiting in lines that larger vessels have.

You can walk right up and get off and on without showing passports each time – you are recognized and welcomed. You do have your room key scanned just so they know who is leaving or coming back on board. They have bottled water ready for everyone when going out on excursions. They have included 3-5 excursions each day to choose from, or you can go out on your own, or bike on your own. You are welcomed back with a wet towel and sometimes a cocktail or drink.

Drinks (beer, wine, and champagne type drinks) are included with breakfast, lunch and dinner and happy hour (4pm-to dinner time). I did not realize they included drinks in the late afternoon also, which I thought was great. They served a special cocktail each day, or you could have beer, or a glass of wine and relax before dinner. Many had drinks at lunch or breakfast. Casual attire all through-out the cruise but one dinner – the second to last night was recommended nice attire but nothing formal unless you want to.
The food was very good, decent, with some options better than others, many choices for lunch and dinner: six courses if you want- appetizers, salads, soups, pre-palate cleanser delights, also choices for main meal (small), and desserts. You can eat at two places for breakfast, the main dining room or in the guest lounge/bar area. The lounge/bar area breakfasts are the same daily: scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit cups, breads and a toaster and other pastries. Coffee, Tea, and Expresso type drinks in the bar are do it yourself and are available 24 hours a day. The dinner crew, waiters all did great!

I cannot say anything bad, except cabin space is typical for most cruising- small. The bed could be more comfortable, and they seemed smaller than most twin beds. Most passengers are elderly/seniors. The work out classes were geared toward senior citizens. (easy one-half-hour classes and some of the classes were back-to-back to make 1-hour).

We spent three nights in Paris pre-cruise: The Eduardo 7 hotel is a wonderful, charming small boutique hotel in the Opera district but within walking distance of the Louve and other sights. It is a great location, with a nice small reception area and staff. It has a small bar area with a large breakfast restaurant next to the lobby. Front-desk and room housekeeping service was wonderful. The lead-in rooms are very small so try to upgrade them to the next room categories which have larger rooms. This was booked via Delta Vacations with a great price for Paris. We had a great time.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Enjoy!
