Day 1 – Welcome to the Heart of Tuscany
Arrive at Florence or Pisa airport, where your journey begins with a private transfer to Il Giglio Dorato, a charming countryside retreat nestled among the Tuscan hills.

At 8:00 PM, step into the enchanting atmosphere of Cortona, where a medieval dinner at Caffè del Teatro awaits — candlelight, tradition, and timeless flavors.
Day 2 – Into the Olive Grove
Wake up to the peace of the countryside and enjoy a hearty Tuscan breakfast.
At 10:00 AM, walk among the olive trees and take part in the harvest, just like generations before you.
At noon, a picnic under the olive branches with seasonal delights.
In the afternoon, head to the local frantoio (olive mill) to witness and participate in the magical moment of oil extraction — watch the green gold flow and taste it fresh from the press.
Evening returns with a second culinary highlight: dinner in a boutique winery, paired with a wine tasting of local vintages that tell the story of the land.
Day 3 – Arrivederci, Tuscany
